You agree to release ORP, its partners, associates and employees, its management company and all employees and officers of that company from any damages or liability (including any direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits) whatsoever or arising from your use of the website, the content or otherwise and you agree that your sole remedy in the event of any such loss is to cease using the website. JURISDICTION

6. The website is operated by ORP through its offices in Toronto, Ontario. By using the website and accessing the content thereof, you agree that all matters relating to access to or use of the website content or to the application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein and that any legal action commenced in relation to such access, use or the application of these terms will be commenced only in the courts of the Province of Ontario.

7. This is the only agreement between ORP and you regarding access to and use of the website content. If any term herein is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force as between you and ORP.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF WEBSITE

8. ORP may at any time deny your access to or use of the content of the website and may amend, alter or rescind any or all of the terms set out herein without notice to you. The restrictions on your use of the content of the website obtained by you before any act by ORP under this paragraph will survive any termination of your access to or use of the website content. You agree not to seek access to or to use any of the website content after such right given to you previously by ORP has been withdrawn by it.
