Frank C. Caruso

Frank C. Caruso practices insurance defence litigation, as well as commercial litigation and employment law. Frank has appeared before the Superior Court, including the Divisional Court and the Commercial List, as well as the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, Labour Relations Board, and Pension Appeals Board and other tribunals and disciplinary committees.

Frank's experience has included defence of professional negligence claims, and the defence and prosecution of professional discipline matters. He has been involved in a broad range of commercial litigation matters including breach of contract and collections matters, shareholder disputes, receiverships, enforcement of foreign orders and letters rogatory, construction liens and real estate litigation, and estates litigation. He advises employers with respect to their employment law obligations and has acted for both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal proceedings. He has also assisted clients with matters including estates law and probate, and corporate-commercial law.

His practice is focused at all times on providing reliable, practical and cost-effective advice and representation to suit the particular needs of each client.
