Cameron Foster

Cameron Foster practises insurance defence litigation representing clients in various disputes including occupiers' liability matters, contractual disputes, professional negligence matters and personal injury claims.

Cameron received his B.A. from Dalhousie University in 2010 and his J.D. from the Schulich School of Law, at Dalhousie University, in 2013. Cameron was called to the Bar in Nova Scotia in 2014, and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2016.

Before joining O'Donnell, Robertson & Partners in 2016, Cameron carried on the practice of litigation with a major law firm in Halifax, Nova Scotia. During that time, Cameron’s practice focused on the areas of insurance defence and commercial litigation, with appearances before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, Small Claims Court and the Residential Tenancies Board.
